Do you offer fundraising?

Yes! We will give 20% back from every sale. Your fundraising check is cut within 4 weeks after your sale ends (or by the 15th of the following month if you choose an ongoing sale). 

What shipping service do you use?

Barn Street currently uses USPS and UPS for all shipments. We also offer free local pickup at our Birdsboro showroom location.

How quickly are products decorated and shipped?

Online orders are processed once the store closes - please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be delivered. If you choose an ongoing sale, we will process the order within 2 weeks. 

Where will my order by shipped?

Orders will be shipped directly to the shipping address entered at time of purchase. 

What decoration / personalization options do you offer?

We offer laser engraved, sublimated, screen printed and heat transfer products. 

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time we currently only ship within the US.

Will I be notified when my order has shipped?

Yes, once your order ships you will be notified by email and given a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

All items are made to order. For that reason, items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless the order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decorations.
